The Master's program "Human Resources Management" at the European Fernhochschule in Hamburg offers graduates the opportunity to deepen their expertise in personnel management. Over the course of 24 months, students acquire advanced knowledge in areas such as employee leadership, personnel development, and change management. The course is aimed at employed professionals in the human resources field who wish to expand their career opportunities through sound knowledge and practical skills.
