The Impact MBA program offers two study options tailored to students' academic backgrounds and career goals:
90 ECTS Track: This track can be completed in 18 months and requires at least 180 ECTS from a Bachelor's degree. 60 ECTS Track: This track can be completed in one year and requires at least 210 ECTS from previous degrees (e.g., a longer Bachelor's degree or a Master's).While both tracks cover core content, the 90 ECTS track offers three elective modules, and the 60 ECTS track offers one elective module. Students can develop their own specialization by choosing modules that best fit their interests and goals, or they can follow a specialized program path.
The ToU study program consists of four phases:
Orientation Phase: Students begin by mastering the program's six competency areas. Their personal mission statement forms the foundation for specialization, skill development, and mindset cultivation. Calibration Phase: In this phase, students deepen their knowledge by completing the Impact Certificates in their chosen area of specialization. Specialization does not need to be chosen upfront but can be determined flexibly during the course of the studies. Elevation Phase: This phase focuses on solving problems aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These challenges are developed and delivered in collaboration with industry partners. Activation Phase: In this phase, students put their innovative ideas into action, working towards their project's goals with the support of peers, industry experts, and mentors.
The learning journey begins with the Tomorrow University app, which serves as a gateway to the online campus. The mobile and desktop app seamlessly integrates into daily life. Instead of lectures or recorded sessions, there are 7- to 30-minute learning units. Approximately 10 hours per week are allocated for studies. Concise lessons and milestones ensure that all tasks are completed on time.

The weekly schedule includes asynchronous learning phases, optional events, and one mandatory live session per week. There are no traditional exams at Tomorrow University. Instead, the curriculum is based on a hands-on approach, where students learn through real-world projects and apply their skills directly in industry-specific scenarios.

All applicants are eligible for scholarships (up to €2,000) and early-bird discounts (up to €1,000). Bachelor's programs cost a total of €17,500 without discounts, but can be reduced to €14,000 with scholarships and early-bird discounts. Fees can be paid in monthly installments starting at €271.
For Master’s programs (120 ECTS), tuition fees range from €14,000 to €17,500, depending on the discount and payment plan. MBA programs cost between €11,000 and €14,500, with monthly installments starting at €307.
